Training Services
PROS is an IATA Endorsed Training Organization (ETO) and is
accredited to deliver the IOSA Auditor Training (IAT)
course.
IOSA Auditor Training (IAT)
The IAT course is required training for experienced
aviation auditors that wish to become fully qualified
IOSA Auditors. The
training is given in English over the course of five days by
qualified instructors who are also qualified IOSA auditors.
At the end of the training there is a written exam.
Purpose:
At the end of IAT course, participants will be able to
explain the IOSA program, it's objectives and terminologies.
Objectives:
IAT participants experience practical skill training,
covering the following general knowledge bodies:

Airline Management and business understanding |

General Corporate Organization and Management Systems |
 |
Airline processes and procedures |
 |
IOSA auditing techniques |
This course provides modern and active training
sessions. Each offer sufficient opportunities to practice
IOSA auditing in a standardized way, which helps to enforce
harmonized IOSA auditor results and provides competence for
optimum performance.

an accredited Audit Organization (AO) |

Internal Evaluation Programs (IEP) |

IOSA Standards |
Training elements include:

Transfer of knowledge (IOSA program,
ISARPs, etc.) |

Transfer of attitude towards IOSA auditing |

Transfer of IOSA auditor skills to be applied |
Course Outline:
Prerequisites
IATA requires that attendees of IAT meet certain
prerequisites prior to registration. These
prerequisites vary depending on whether an individual is
sponsored by AO or not.
The prerequisites for AO sponsored IOSA Auditor
candidates can be found on our IOSA
Auditor Qualifications page and in Section 3 of the IOSA
Program Manual (IPM), which is available on the
IOSA website.
The prerequisites for individuals that are not sponsored
by an AO are more relaxed. These individuals need only
be sufficiently qualified and experienced in aviation and
auditing so as to be capable of understanding and
contributing to all course activities and exercises.
