A study of varying applicable airline standards; regulatory, ISO, DoD, IATA Operational Safety Audit, etc. to include conformance/compliance assessment |

Lead Auditor competencies, duties and responsibilities |

Planning and conducting audits |
 |
Audit teams |
 |
Communication skills |
 |
Interviewing |
 |
Assessing conformance/compliance with applicable standards |

Writing audit reports |
 |
Root Cause Analysis |

Quality audit meetings |
 |
Corrective Action follow-up |
The course includes practical exercises to provide emphasis
on proper technique for quality auditing.
The course is designed for safety and quality
aviation/airline professionals as well as those with several
years experience in the industry.
For successful completion and issuance of a certificate, a
two hour, 50 question exam must be passed.
Course Schedule
Monday thru Friday, 0830-1700 (Friday completion by 1500)
Course Fee:
1-5 $1,500 ea.
6-7 $1,400 ea. (savings of $600-$700)
8-9 $1,300 ea. (savings of $1,600-$1,800)
10+ $1,250 ea. (savings of $2,500+)
